The problem

Beneficiaries struggled to reach services, requirements and regulations, and every content update needed technical help.

What we did

We designed a complete portal with more than 40 public pages and a control panel covering content, services, recruitment, surveys and open data.

The result

A clearer digital experience for beneficiaries, full independence for the entity’s team in managing content, and ongoing measurement of visitor satisfaction.

02Challenge: a lot of information and an unorganised experience

The entity offers many licensing services, detailed regulations and regular news and events. The information had to be reorganised and presented clearly, in line with government website standards, with flexible management tools.

Before the project

  • Service requirements, fees and application steps were hard to find.
  • Updating content, news and events depended on the technical team.
  • No tools to measure visitor satisfaction or rate page content.

03A complete portal and a full control panel

A public portal and a complete management experience, focused on clear services, open data and measuring beneficiary satisfaction.

  • E-services directory

A page for each service with its description, requirements, steps, duration, fees, service and payment channels and rating, plus related services.

  • Media centre & events

News, photo and video galleries, an interactive events calendar, embedded live streaming and a newsletter.

  • Open data & regulations

An open data library, reports, a data-use policy and a data request form, with pages for regulations, forms and declarations.

  • Control panel & satisfaction

Full management of content, services, jobs, users, surveys and email templates, with a content rating and reasons on every page.

Also included

  • Recruitment: vacancies, applications and CV intake
  • Surveys (finished, not started, email templates)
  • Reporting violations
  • Account types and the services available to each

05A clearer experience and independent content management

The new portal made services and requirements easier to reach and let the entity update its own content.

We measure success through visitor satisfaction, publishing speed and data availability.
